This tiny painting represents the energy of all living things in nature. The inspiration for this painting it’s hard to miss if you look while you walk. The trees, grasses, flowers, and wildlife all seem to be radiating the joy of living. The following poem by the artist, Susan Lackey, was inspired by this artwork.
Pink sun in the sky is rising so high.
On this slippery slope, there’s no time to mope.
Teal and pink grasses say, “Put on your glasses.
Come out to play. Enjoy the day.”
Radiant life abounds, all over and around.
So come with me, so much to see.
