By choosing straight, hard edged shapes to contrast with their curvilinear interior patterns, I am representing the complexity of today’s American society. We are individually different but the beauty of our diversity can unite us. And of course, the colors are predominantly red, white, and blue. We are so different individually.

We have such beauty in diversity.

Oh, the complexity

In our society.

But see we must, a strength in unity.
